Hello and welcome to the Westover cadet program internet web-page. I would like to take a brief moment to introduce myself and to highlight my goals for the future in the Westover CAP cadet program. The Deputy Commander for Cadets is 1st Lieutenant Stephen Edelman. I've been serving CAP at Westover since 2005, serving most recently as the Squadron Leadership Officer. I highly encourage all cadets to take an active role with the everyday operations of the Westover cadet program. I have an open door policy for not only the cadet members, but to their parents as well. If ever a cadet or their parents feel that there is an issue that needs to be address within the program, please feel free to set up a meeting with me during any Tuesday evening CAP meeting. If you have any ideas on how to improve communication, or any other aspect of Westover's cadet program, then please do not hesitate to contact me. Once again I look forward to performing my duties to the fullest, and my number one goal is to continue the growth of our squadron and remain one of the pinnacle units within the Massachusetts Wing.
